I forgot to mention (I think) that I am now 145.6 pounds. Inconceivable! I have to get off my butt and do something about it. But the nurse said my BMI is normal and I don't know how that's possible.
Made lentil soup and maybe Anthony and family will come over tomorrow and we'll go to Shelton Day.

- I am now 67 years old -- officially a senior citizen, and living my life as fully as I can. I'm single and happy that way. Work full time, HATE heat and bugs, LOVE autumn and winter and sometimes spring. I'm a member of the Elks, the Derby Historical Society, and the Derby Cultural Commission.
