More cancer

Today started out nice. The weather is beautiful and work was good. Carol has a few bites at jobs up here including possibly with the Secret Service. I talked to Arlene and we decided to meet at the diner. And then she told me. Timmy has stage three multiple myeloma. That's what Dr. Mel had. I am praying that, like Dr. Mel, Timmy is able to fight it and make it at least another 16 years like Dr. Mel did. Arlene said her research says 29 months. And that can't be. I fucking hate cancer.
