For some reason this didn't post last night.
I weighed myself and I'm 141.2 pounds. This has to stop. Sunday I will start in earnest. I don't know what to do or why I can't stop eating and am constantly hungry. Things can't keep going this way.
Went to the Elks while I waited for Laura and Joel. We were supposed to meet at the Center and get stuff. Tom came down to the lodge so he and I and Chris just sat and talked and stuff. I didn't drink. I called Laura at 9 and told her I was going home. If we have to be downtown at 5:30 a.m. I am not sitting around waiting all night for them to do whatever we have to do. I am going to bed.
