Beautiful day

Didn't hear from Chris so I went to Seymour Founder's Day by myself. Saw bunches of people there, made an appointment with a chiropractor and had a plain old good time. Best of all, I have two pieces of apple tort from Tea with Tracy to eat when I feel like it. YUM!!!

Also went grocery shopping. How is it possible that I live alone, didn't buy anything for the cat, and STILL spent $82 on myself? Geez!

And I'm having a bad book week or two. First the cat drowned one library book. Then the book of short stories, Dangerous Women, only had two stories I liked -- obviously the one by Jim Butcher and the other was by Sherrlyn Kenyon (I know I spelled her name wrong). Now I'm about to read the next library book I have, but I didn't read #8 in the series, Dragonwell Dead. I HATE when I do that. But I need to read this because it's the only book I have on hand.
