Over ate

Sort of. I pulled 1 so far for tonight from the weekly and I still want a cup of yogurt ice cream later so that will be 4 more points. I have a mess left of weekly points and I have seven activity points. I never swap those out. Yet.

I did over 6000 steps today on walk it out. It's kind of addicting because you don't want to stop if you're
'building'. LOL!!!!
